Meet the new Union Officers

3041 people voted in this year’s Union Elections, so you’ve smashed the previous record of 2119. Thank you so much for voting, this will mean that the University will see that as UEA students we want to have our say, so students of the future will find it easier to make changes at our university.

Having problems voting online again? Read this!

We’re really sorry if you’re still having problems with our online voting server at vote.ueastudent.com. You can still vote by paper on Monday from 10am-4pm in the LCR, and we believe that as this is seemingly an intermittent problem you may be able to get through to the server if you keep trying. You can also try different times of the day and different browsers to see if you can get through if you wish,

If you can’t vote by paper because you are abroad or on placement or any other reason, and you still can’t vote online after trying the advice above, please let us know. The voting server and the University are still perplexed by the problem, so the more information we gather the more likely we are to fix it once and for all.

We’ll keep you updated over the weekend, but please get in touch with us if you can’t vote. Contact us by facebook ‘Union of UEA Students’, twitter @unionUEA or by emailing union.communications@uea.ac.uk.
